  1. Signing Up and Signing In:

    • What’s PARKED?

      PARKED allows user to book or list private parking solutions. Tell me more about PARKED.

    • How do I sign up for PARKED?

      Signing up for Parked is easy! PARKED provides multiple methods of sign-up including Google, Facebook, and traditional email account creation. Simply click on your preferred option on the Log In screen.

    • Who is a “Spotter”?

      On PARKED “Spotters” are the individuals reserving parking spaces (i.e., their Spots). A PARKED user may be a Spotter and/or a Lotter.

    • Who is a “Lotter”?

      On PARKED, “Lotters” are the individuals offering the parking spaces for reservations (i.e., their Lots). A PARKED user may be a Spotter and/or a Lotter.

    • What is a “Spot”?

      On PARKED, “Spots” are the parking spaces available for reservations.

    • What is a “Lot”?

      On PARKED, “Lot” is the collection parking spaces offered for reservation by a “Lotter”.

  2. Snagging Spots

    • How do I reserve a PARKED Spot?

      Reserving a Spot is simple! Search available listed parking spaces or “spots” in your desired area by various filter options (e.g., date, price, duration of desired reservation, vehicle type, type of spot). Once you have found the perfect Spot select "Book This Spot", pay via your desired method of payment, and the PARKED Spot is now yours! Spotters and Lotters will receive confirmation after their Spot has been successfully booked.

    • What if I arrive to my reservation location and my Spot is unavailable?

      Contact the Lotter. If you are unable to connect with the Lotter or have additional resolution concerns after speaking with the Lotter, please CONTACT US for assistance at Support@GotParked.com

    • How do I cancel my reservation?

      Go to the “My Spot” menu option, select the applicable reservation, and click “Cancel This Reservation” to initiate and complete the cancellation process.

      Note: Cancellations are unique for each Spot. Spotters should review the Lot Rules, in addition to PARKED Terms and Conditions, prior to booking and/or cancelling Spot reservations.

    • Can I receive a refund if I cancel my reservation?

      Bookings my be cancelled for a refund depending upon the cancellation policy associated with the Spot at the time of booking.

      Relaxed Policy = Spot reservation is fully refundable if cancelled at least 24hrs before scheduled check in date and time. Cancellations less than 24hrs from scheduled check in date and time are not eligible for refund.

      Standard Policy = Spot reservation is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48hrs before scheduled check in date and time. Cancellations less than 48hrs from scheduled check in date and time are not eligible for refund.

      Strict Policy = Spot reservation is fully refundable if cancelled at least 60hrs before scheduled check in date and time. Cancellations less than 60hrs from scheduled check in date and time are not eligible for refund.

      Spot reservations booked less than 24hrs from the desired check in date and time are not eligible for refund.

  3. Listing My LOT

    • How do I become a “Lotter” with PARKED?

      PARKED gives you the opportunity to sell and list your spots everyday day or weeks before by connecting you with buyers through the app. To become a Lotter simply register for an account with PARKED, then create your Lot Listing via the “My Lot” menu option.

    • Are there any fees to List my Lot?

      Downloading the app, registering an account, and creating a Lot is free.

    • How will I know that the cars that show up are the ones that reserved a Spot in my Lot?

      Both the “Spotter” and the “Lotter” will receive a confirmation notification which includes the booking confirmation number as well as the year, make, model, color, and license plate number of the Spotter’s vehicle. This information will allow the “Lotter” to verify the occupying vehicle belongs to the “Spotter”.

    • What if a Spotter does not show up for their reservation, but does not cancel? Will I be paid for that reservation?

      Yes. Refunds are only granted to Spotters in accordance with the PARKED cancellation policy selected by the Lotter and listed in the Lot Rules.

  4. Payments

    • When will I receive payment for a completed reservation?

      Payment Payouts are generally initiated within 24hrs of the Spotters completed booking. When the Lotter receives this payment depends on the Payout method associated with the Lotter’s account, and the financial institutions processing times.

    • What are the different payout method options available?

      Debit card or PayPal account.

    • I have shared parking, roommates, or a co-habitant. Can Parked split the money and send it to each of us individually?

      Payouts are not able to be split at this time.

  5. Security

    • Is using PARKED safe and secure?

      Yes. At PARKED, the safety and security of our app and the experience of our “Spotters” and “Lotters” is our top priority and part of our dedication to an exceptional customer experience.

    • Account protection

      We take a number of measures to safeguard your PARKED account, like requiring a strong password and sending you account alerts notifications when changes are made.

    • Secure payments and Scam Prevention

      Our secure platform ensures money gets safely from the “Spotter” to the “Lotter”—that’s why users should always communicate and pay only through the PARKED. Users asked to communicate or pay outside of the PARKED app should CONTACT US immediately via email at Support@GotParked.com
